About us

We are a non-profit campaign committed to dismantling institutional racism within UK policing. Our mission is to advocate for transparency, accountability, and systemic reform — so that everyone, regardless of race, is treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.

For decades, Black communities and other marginalised groups have faced disproportionate policing, excessive use of force, and systemic neglect. Despite numerous inquiries and public outcry, meaningful change has been painfully slow. We believe this is unacceptable.

Through public education, digital advocacy, and policy-driven action, we are pushing for legislative reform, independent oversight, and an end to discriminatory practices such as racial profiling and unjustified stop-and-search.

We collaborate with grassroots organisations, researchers, and communities to drive evidence-based change — and amplify the voices of those too often ignored.
